of baths desired; number of bedrooms; garage size (if any); two-storied, or just one level; direction of facade facing (front
or main entrance) geographically speaking; type of venier (outer finishing); firepalce-if desired; handicap areas if needed;
type of stariwell, if required; special lighting; driveway(asphalt or concrete); type of roofing shingles; basement, if needed;
bay windows or other special style windows desired; porch, or no porch; and other special requests, such as swimming pool
